Seller Description

Selling my convertible. It only has 38k miles on it and is in great shape for 15 years old.

I bought it a little over a year ago with 36k on it and have just used it on the weekends to go to dinner on nice nights. I wasn't planning on selling, but I have a work car now and my wife got another car so I need the space.

This is an all original unmolested car. Only 2 things have been changed- #1 is the factory subwoofer was upgraded. (common issue on these cars). #2- keyless entry was added to the alarm so you can push a button on the remote to lock and unlock the car.

The car is a black metallic paint, black leather interior, with the rare factory walnut wood package, twin cupholder accessery and factory BMW luggage rack which is currently off the car. Also comes with the cover to put on the top when it is down which is like new and a very expensive custom fit indoor/outdoor car cover that is still new in the box.

The car starts and runs great. AC blows cold, heated seats work great, tires and brakes are near new. Only issues are minor cosmetic that could be easily fixed if someone wanted to make this a garage queen collector car-

The rear view mirror needs repair or replace due to failed antiglare feature. Common issue on these car. Wheels have curb scrapes on wheel lips from the prior owner. Small scratch on the lower rear bumper from parking. Minor rock chips here and there. A few hundred at a good detail shop could have this car looking like new. I'd be afraid to drive it if I were trying to keep it perfect though.

The pictures are from when I bought it last year. Nothing has changed.

Anyone interested must be serious, and have the cash to buy it. No tire kickers please. I have the title in hand ready to go.

Price reduced to $18,500 from $20,000 which seems better. It just needs a little normal tlc.

Same photos as last year, but it sounds like it was cared for. I don't think the wood trim was a factory option. I'm not really a fan. Price is optimistic for the color combo and mileage.
